Dealing with Grief, Loss and
Trauma
Losses occur throughout our lives-
death, divorce, job loss, illness, and losses that come from typical
life transitions. Grieving is a normal reaction but you might
be confused or overwhelmed by your own feelings or thoughts. Learn
about the grief cycle and how you can help yourself through the
pain and confusion to resolution and peace. This class is also
beneficial for those who know someone who is grieving. Community
Resources will also be discussed.
