Dave is responsible for the administration of the Human Resources Program for Grays Harbor College. This includes supervision and administration of staff who are involved with some or all of the following functions: payroll and benefits; labor relations and contract administration; HR policies and procedures; staff work performance issues; recruiting, classification and compensation; faculty and exempt staff contracts; L and I and unemployment work related issues.

Lisa assists the Chief of Human Resources & Vice President for Administrative Services in analysis of key HR issues that have policy and financial impact. She works with classification and compensation policies and practices. She is responsible for all procedures related to health, life, long term disability and retirement benefits, including reconciliation processes. Oversee payroll function, responsible for quarterly payroll reporting, payroll balancing and W-2 reconciliation.

Patricia is responsible for all aspects of the college’s employee recruitment process, documentation, advertising, coordination and direction of the employment selection committees, interviewing and hiring processes. She is also responsible for all leave records and tracking employee expectations/evaluations; part-time, non-permanent employee reports and seniority.

Carmen is responsible for payroll for all employees. She enters time cards for part time hourly and student employees, keeps track of Classified Employees pay, range and step, and Faculty and Administrative pay. She also oversees Part Time Faculty payments.

Lisa is responsible for generating contracts, including Administrative and Faculty yearly contracts and also quarterly part-time (PT) teaching, ancillary and overload contracts. She is responsible for overseeing Job Analysis for classified staff including training for staff and supervisors and monitoring completion. Other job duties include: verifying PT faculty payroll; tracking PT faculty sick leave; MIS reconciliation; tracking L&I and unemployment claims activity; and reporting of Employee Accident reports.
